We recently moved to the Tri-Cities area in Washington state and were a little surprised at the lack of inventory and escalated prices. Terra carefully listened to our must-have list and found us the right place. The location is exceptional and since it was a new build, we got a builders warranty and didn't have to negotiate on the price! Terra was very knowledgable of the area, new units coming online and getting us to the head of line to make the deal. We made the deal just before interest rates went through the roof, saving us $10,000s of dollars. Buying a home while still residing in a different state isn't easy but she went above and beyond throughout the process, making sure we were updated with the build's progress, addressing concerns with the builder and ensuring all the details were taken care of. On more than one instance, she even ran to the build site to take a few measurements for us just so we could order a few furniture items before we moved in! It was like having a family member as our Realtor. If it mattered to us, it mattered to her. Can't recommend her enough!
